Six Weeks to Solid in the Saddle
This is a 6 week step-by-step introductory program to teach yourself that you CAN improve your fitness to ride better. Research shows that the stability and reaction time benefits of core strengthening start occurring in just the first 2 weeks! By week 6 you'll feel solid, strong, and centered.
This course is for the weekend rider, the once a month rider, or the rider who doesnโt want to be caught off guard when they get on a horse.
You will see noticeable improvements in your strength, confidence, and ability to stay with your horse.
With this course you will
- Learn how to truly activate your inner core muscles
- Improve your leg strength for more clear commands and less reliance on your hands (reins) when riding
-Learn exercise that will build a foundation of confidence for riding
-Improve your reaction time to stay on when your horse spooks, jumps, or trips
I will give you specific goals to measure on yourself at the beginning and end of the course. If you complete each exercise as instructed and don't see an improvement in your results, you get a full refund!
